This one annoys me. Not only do people often say jewlery (say with a course aussie accent), but they spell it like this as well.

Well, you could actually be hearing them pronouncing it correctly as it's quite subtle. Correct spelling is "jewellery", which can easily sound like "jewlery" when pronounced.
